Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at returns@threewyvernsworkshop.com and request a return authorization number (RA). Please ensure that the RA number is clearly written on the box when returning the item. Kindly note that the return will not be accepted unless it is marked with the return authorization number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that commissioned items are not eligible for returns. As these pieces are specifically created based on your unique ideas and designs, they are considered final and non-refundable. We take pride in ensuring that commissioned items are crafted to your exact specifications and expectations. If you have any concerns or questions regarding a commissioned item, please reach out to us directly, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Kindly note that items that have been personalized through laser engraving or CNC customization are typically not eligible for return or refund. The reason behind this policy is that personalized items are specifically tailored for an individual and cannot be readily resold to another customer. This practice is commonly followed by retailers to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of personalized products. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding personalized items, we are here to address them and provide assistance to the best of our abilities.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
